Beyonce Knowles has found a way of staving off snack attacks during the day - her love for Jell-O.

The singer is constantly watching her weight after growing up on fast food. And though she still loves fried chicken, she's found a way to snack without piling on the pounds.

She explains, "I make some good sugar-free Jell-O. I use diet lemon-lime soda instead of water, so it has this tangy, carbonated taste. And I put Cool Whip on it."
