Beyonce has finally spoken out about rumors that she wore a fake baby-bump during a television appearance in Australia. At the time, the internet went into overdrive after the singer's bump appeared to "deflate" as she sat down.
Now, months after the birth of her daughter Blue Ivy, Beyonce is happy to talk to about the speculation, telling People magazine. "That was crazy. It wasn't hurtful, it was just crazy.[I thought] 'Where did they come up with this?' It was a fabric that folded - does fabric not fold? Oh my gosh, so stupid". Her mother also opened up about the allegations of a "fake pregnancy" in the interview, saying, "I thought it was very unfair and very cruel that someone would think that someone would be that diabolical to keep up a charade like that for nine months. As a mother, it was painful for me to hear the crazy rumors. And I even had people ask me, which was so ridiculous".
The allegations will mean nothing to Beyonce and husband Jay Z now they have become parents for the first time. The R&B superstar has also been named People magazine's 'Most Beautiful' person in the world, despite giving birth just four months ago.
