Former Baywatch babe Carmen Electra has won the right to retain the internet name, following a ruling by the WORLD INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY ORGANISATION (WIPO).

The sexy actress was furious to discover that web surfers would be taken to a commercial site called CELEBRITY 1000 if they typed in the moniker, suggesting that Electra herself endorsed their site.

And arbitrator JON LANG agreed with the busty model, saying, "The company creates a likelihood of confusion that its site is sponsored, endorsed or affiliated by Ms Electra."

The WIPO has now given the star - who is married to Jane's Addiction rocker DAVE NAVARRO - back her intellectual property, and company Network OPERATIONS CENTRE OF HIGH PRAIRIE, ATLANTA must cease from using it.
