Batman and SUPERMAN RETURNS producer Jon Peters has been hit with sexual assault and unfair dismissal lawsuits filed by three former assistants. Bianca Hernandez is accusing Peters of touching her breasts and buttocks and pushing her onto a bed when he was naked. She also claims he tried to kiss her breasts and offered her money for sex. She alleges when she took her complaint to her boss at Peters' production company, she was told to accept Peters' offers "because he was a powerful person and she would keep her job if she complied". Court papers include Hernandez' claim she was told she and her daughter "would be murdered" if she rejected Peters' demands. After she took her complaint to the State Department of Fair Employment and Housing, she was accused by Peters of stealing a lamp worth $11,400 (GBP5,700) from his home - prompting Hernandez to add defamation to her lawsuit. A second lawsuit is filed by Adriana and Andrew Silveira, who were live-in servants at Peters' Malibu, California home. The Silveiras claim they were told to terminate their unborn baby when Adriana became pregnant in 2006, or lose their jobs. When they refused they were fired - according to court papers. The latest complaints come just over three months before Peters must appear in court in April (08) to face claims he fondled former personal assistant Shelly Morita during the Superman Returns shoot in Australia.
