The new Batman movie is back at the top of the global box office after scoring another big weekend take outside the U.S.
The Dark Knight's healthy $42.4 million (GBP21.2 million) was enough to topple another sequel, The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor, which dropped from first, despite raking in $32.6 million (GBP16.3 million) in 56 markets.
The Dark Knight has become only the 19th film in history to cross the $800 million (GBP400 million) mark in combined U.S. and global box office ticket sales.
