Controversial television presenter Jonathan Ross is likely to present the BAFTA film awards next month, it has emerged.
The chatshow host and disc jockey wrote on his online Twitter blog that he will host the prestigious ceremony on February 8th.
After his three-month suspension from the BBC, Ross withdrew from hosting the British Comedy awards last year, with Angus Deayton replacing him as compere.
But with his chatshow returning to the screens next week (Friday January 23rd) and his Radio 2 and film review programmes following shortly after, Ross' comeback is set to continue at one of the biggest events in British film.
The 47-year-old asked readers who regularly follow his Twitter blog to "suggest an improbable word that I have to slip into the Baftas when I host them in February".
