Babyshambles' new album will not feature Kate Moss on its cover after all, a report claims.
The Sun quotes an insider as saying that record executives have substituted a picture of her wearing Agent Provocateur lingerie for another model on the front of Shotter's Nation.
Frontman Pete Doherty and Kate Moss split earlier this year, but she is credit with songwriting on four of the album's tracks.
After the couple went their separate ways nervous record executives reportedly decided to make the change to avoid the risk of Moss or Agent Provocateur suing them.
"The pictures of Kate were amazing. But no one knew who owned the copyright to them," the Sun's source explained.
"The decision to change the pictures wasn't something Pete's management or the record company took lightly. But a decision needed to be made. They wanted the album out before the band's arena tour in November."
The report claims Doherty was not contacted about the situation because he is currently in rehab.
