Babyshambles frontman Pete Doherty has arrived at west London magistrates court for a hearing after reports suggested a warrant had been issued for his arrest.
The singer is due in court to face drugs charges after being stopped by police in May.
After failing to arrive on time, it was reported that a warrant had been issued for his arrest.
However, the singer has now arrived at the court after being dropped off by a car outside, albeit over two hours late.
Doherty was praised at a review in April of his court-imposed order to monitor his progress in beating his well-publicised addiction problems.
The musician, who is in a relationship with the model Kate Moss, has taken part in a number of rehab attempts.
His band played at Glastonbury Festival last month after completing their latest album, which will be released later this year.
