Rocker Axl Rose has infuriated his former GUNS N' ROSES bandmates by signing a multi-million dollar publishing deal with SANCTUARY GROUP.

The reclusive singer's deal includes the band's back catalogue - including their hits NOVEMBER RAIN and SWEET CHILD OF MINE - and any future songs written by Rose.

Last year (04) ex-bandmates Slash and Duff Mckagan filed suit against Rose, accusing the star of rejecting requests to use old GN'R songs in films despite lacking control of interest in the material.

McKagan's lawyer GLEN MISKEL admitted he was shocked to hear about the deal, saying, "Neither Sanctuary nor Axl Rose have provided the remaining partners with a copy of that agreement."

Miskel accuses Rose to attempting to claim copyright over songs which "are not owned by Mr Rose".
