Audrina Patridge has said that she wants to take a break from reality TV and has decided not to sign up for a second season of her MTV show Audrina.
Asked if she would be returning, speaking to the Daily, she said "No, I don't think we are, we finished in April and I kind of decided I wanted to take some time off from reality. I want to do something more like acting or hosting." The 26-year-old first came to public attention following her appearance on The Hills, a show which followed the lives of several young adults, including friend Lauren Conrad, living in glamorous locations around Los Angeles. But the California native is now focused on a change in career path and is looking to move to the silver screen, " I'd love to do a period piece, medieval, like 'Troy,' I would love to get dressed up in costumes and talk in an accent and film in another country."
Patridge has already starred in several movies including 2009 horror film Sorority Row, which was a remake of the 1983 original. It is the story of a group of sorority sisters who try to cover up the death of their house sister after a prank gone wrong, only to be stalked by a serial killer.
