Atmosphere - Heavy rain and storms hit the Black Sea town of Varna, some 450 kms. (260 miles) north-east of the Bulgarian capital Sofia. The heavy rain left dozens of homes and hundreds of cars immersed in water, causing communication and electricity breakdowns in the town. This flood comes only a month after a deadly flood in the town killed 13 people on June 19. - Varna, Bulgaria - Saturday 19th July 2014 (18 Pictures)
