Actor Ashton Kutcher got himself thrown out of jury duty last month (JUL03) by acting the fool in court.

The PUNK'D star was frustrated with the amount of work he was missing while deliberating over a car accident claim in Los Angeles, and so he acted dumb to get sent home.

He says, "Jury duty is the one thing you can't get out of. It does not matter who you are. I go down there and I kinda wanted to do it because I felt like it was my civic duty.

"I get in there and I walked into the courtroom and I was immediately like, 'The guy's guilty,' mainly because I was mad because I couldn't work that day.

"I was like, 'I should sue you for suing him and making me be here.'

"I was like, 'I've got to get outta here,' and I had to go back on a second day, because first they do their thing and then they start dismissing people.

"So I go back and I'm like, 'Y'know what, I think the chiropractor care is one of the greatest things in the world. Sometimes you've got to go 20 or 30 times before you get something fixed,' and they were like, 'Gone! He's just off his rocker.'"
