Leroy Anderson and Mitchell Parish's Sleigh Ride has topped the first American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers' list of popular Christmas tunes in 2011.
The festive tune has been played almost 65,000 times on U.S. radio station since 1 October (11).
It's the second year in a row Sleigh Ride has topped the list of most-played songs written or co-written by members of ASCAP.
Felix Bernard and Richard B. Smith's Winter Wonderland is second on the new list and Mel Torme's The Christmas Song (Chestnuts Roasting on an Open Fire) is third.
