According to legal documents, the Harlem-based rap star promised his landlord he would restore the pad to its original state after making a few alterations, but he reportedly left the place "in ruins".

Among the landlord's complaints: he turned a chic custom walk-in wardrobe into a home recording studio, and also removed a chandelier and security camera.

L$D hitmaker Rocky vacated the property in August (16), and now his former landlord is demanding $100,000 (£75,000) to fix the mess.
