Timothy Normandin was detained on suspicion of criminal trespass and later released by police on a $5,000 (£3,125) bail bond, according to TMZ.com.

Last year (14), Normandin was given a warning by cops for sending the singer numerous gifts, and in November (14), he was placed on an involuntary psychiatric hold after showing up at her record label's New York headquarters dressed as Santa.
