British horror movie star URSULA HOWELLS died on 16 October (05). She was 83.
The actress enjoyed a 50-year acting career and was best known for her roles in 1960s horror movies DR TERROR'S HOUSE OF HORRORS and GIRLY.
A role in breakthrough British TV drama THE FORSYTE SAGA made her a favourite with British viewers.
Howells briefly married DAVY DODD in 1949, but found longterm love with her second husband Anthony Pelissier in 1968. She had no children, but is survived by her step-son and three step-daughters.
