Scottish singer Annie Lennox has teamed up with Robbie Williams' former songwriting partner Guy Chambers in a bid to reconquer the charts.

The former Eurythmics frontwoman, 49, signed up Chambers - who has written with Jessica Simpson, Kylie Minogue, Diana Ross, Tom Jones and TEXAS - to work on her forthcoming album.

The NO MORE I LOVE YOUS hitmaker is also working with MOTOWN RECORDS legend LAMONT DOZIER - who has penned hits for The Supremes, THE FOUR TOPS and The Temptations.

Lennox's fifth solo album is due to hit music stores in October (04) and is released through BMG RECORDS.
