With 55%, 'The Amazing Spider-Man 2' Is The Worst Spidey Movie Yet - Comments and Message Board

If the TASM 2 was - in anyway, shape or form - worse to you than Spiderman 3 then you're a buffoon. Period.

Emma Stone gave the movie the spark it needed. I think most people are upset because Stone had big chemistry with Garfield.

Rotton tomatoes gave spiderman 3 a better review than amazing spiderman2: a movie where tobey mcguire becomes emo, has a useless dance scene in a bar, and introduces one of spiderman's greatest enemies, Venom, and kills him off within the last 25 minutes of the movie. Just some food for thought

This movie was great. Idk what these asshole critics re talking about, but Hollywood is fixed anyway and run by a close group, so it's no wonder whenever they want to badmouth a movie they all get together and pretty much say the same thing. amazing spiderman is closer to the comics, and Garfield is a way better actor than Toby Mcguire-especially is you want to bring up lifeless actors. it had a good mix of romance and action, which caters to all kinds of audience, not just comic book fanboys. The success of the Toby Mcguire's spiderman movie is over inflated because a spiderman movie at the time was very highly anticipated by everyone, so it's no wonder why it did so good. you put any kind of spiderman movie to be the first of its kind, and it would've done just as good.

This is the reason why I lost my trust in Rotten Tomatoes While IMDB got it right. I've seen the movie and it was great but not as great as sp1 & sp2. Emma Stone stands out and I'm starting to like Andrew as Spidey and PETER. I think sp3 is the worst movie so far.

I actually liked the movie. Jamie Foxx's Max pre-electroification was stupid, but post was good. I like Harry Osbourne more in this movie than Franco's take.
