Irish singer Andrea Corr condemns the press for exaggerating remarks she makes in interviews - and is frustrated her quotes are often misinterpreted. The star insists journalists spin up stories about her - including one incident in which she was reported to have slated the Bible. She says, "This is what gets picked up on. I once said I wanted to read the Bible the whole way through but I stopped when it said that women endure the pain of childbirth because of what Eve did with the apple. "I said I shut the Bible and that I'd had enough at that point. Then the papers reported, 'Andrea Corr slams the Bible!' Of course I didn't slam the Bible. You've got to be careful what you say."
