Troubled singer Amy Winehouse has shot down rumours she could lose her voice through drug use - insisting she is hard at work on her new album.
The Back to Black star, 25, was said to have returned to rehab at the weekend (25-26Oct08) but it later emerged she had been treated at The London Clinic for a chest problem.
She has since posted a video on her website, telling fans she plans to release new material soon - and her spokesman has blasted rumours the singer could lose her voice as a result of her wild lifestyle.
He says, "Amy isn't on a deadline with her album. The last album's still selling. She's in and out of the studio working... the record company hasn't seen the final result yet. Amy's fine."
