Amy Winehouse could be making her modelling debut at London Fashion Week, if designer Julian McDonald has his way.
Reports claim that the fashion guru thinks Amy has "great style", with the Daily Star quoting him as saying: "She's an amazing talent, isn't she? She's unique."
However, these views are not echoed in all fashionable circles, with another expert telling the publication that they think Amy often looks "a mess".
"She goes for a rework of the 50s look, but when she's out of it, she looks terrible," they added.
Every year McDonald chooses a high-profile woman to wear the top gown in his collection; previously the honour has gone to supermodel Naomi Campbell and Paris Hilton.
London Fashion Week takes place in September.
Earlier this year, fashion house Fendi chose Amy to entertain the crowds at its Paris Fashion Week show, with Karl Lagerfeld himself selecting the songstress.
She also sang at the Louis Vuitton show, for a reported £500,000 fee.
