American Idol reject COREY CLARK's recent allegations he bedded the show's judge Paula Abdul have paid off for him - he's landed a big album deal with hip-hop mogul Scott Storch.

Clark, who was kicked off the second season of the show for not revealing details of his criminal past to producers, claimed he enjoyed a fling with Abdul while he was a contestant on the show.

And, despite the public outcry following his allegations, the singer has been given a second shot at stardom - and members of the Black Eyed Peas are joining him.

Clark admits he's thrilled to be working with in-demand Storch, who has recently teamed up with Beyonce Knowles.

He says, "He worked with me because he believed in my talent."

Black Eyed Peas stars taboo and APL also produce tracks on the album, and Clark also performs a duet with KID of 1980s hip-hop stars KID 'N PLAY after Snoop Dogg and Fat Joe turned down the chance to team up with the bitter ex-Idol.
