The 56-year-old actress' romance with production coordinator Philip was first reported in September (15). He is 20 years her junior, and as they posed together at the premiere of her new movie Tallulah at the Sundance Film Festival on Sunday (24Jan16), Allison couldn't help but gush about her beau.

"He's pretty handsome," Allison told E! News, adding that she and Philip, 35, have been together for "about a year".

While they looked happier than ever as they posed for photographers, the Mom actress insisted she won't be getting married anytime soon.

"I don't believe in that institution," Allison simply said.

The actress has never been married but was engaged to younger actor Richard Jenik before they split in 2006.

Prior to the nuptials, which never went ahead, Allison admitted she was having nightmares about walking down the aisle.

"I used to have a recurring dream that I would marry a man and, right after the ceremony, they'd turn into somebody completely different," she told Women's Health magazine. "I'd marry Arnold Schwarzenegger and then he'd be Danny DeVito - except that no one else saw the difference. So you could say I've had some fears about it."

Allison's new movie Tallulah marks her third collaborative project with Ellen Page, after they starred together in 2007's Juno and 2013's Touchy Feely.

However, Allison doubts Ellen would ever agree to make a guest appearance on her hit U.S. TV show Mom, quipping, "She probably doesn't even know what it is!"

Allison took home her seventh Emmy award back in September (15) for her role as Bonnie on the show, which stars Anna Faris as her daughter.
