Bosses at a London celebrity nightclub kept tips given by stars such as Alicia Keys and Eminem left for staff, a tribunal has heard.
SALVATORE GUERRIERI, who was the floor manager for swish nightspot ATTICA, has accused the club's owners of unfair dismissal and racial discrimination after he questioned the allocation of tips.
Italian-born Guerrieri alleges he missed out on the $700 (GBP390) tip from hip-hop star Eminem's $42,300 (GBP23,500) bar tab at the post-premiere party for the London screening of 8 MILE in November 2002.
He also claims his owners kept money owed to him from a bash thrown by singer ALICIA KEYS.
The case continues.
