Bollywood superstar Aishwarya Rai is too busy to make a movie with Will Smith, following the Hollywood star's recent proposition during his trip to India. The BRIDE AND PREJUDICE star, 32, first caught the eye of the rapper/actor last year (05) when he approached her to star in HITCH. And when Smith visited her native India last month (FEB06), he spoke of his desire to make Rai his leading lady. He said, "I would do anything that Aishwarya Rai will be part of. I love her so." Smith offered Rai a role in his next film TONIGHT, HE COMES - which he is also producing - which begins filming in July (06). However, Rai is already committed to work with Indian director Ashutosh Gowariker on his period drama JODHA AKBAR. Her business manager HARI SINGH says, "We are in a bit of a situation. Aishwarya will obviously stick to her earlier commitment to Jodha Akbar as she is very professional. "But if she loses out on Will Smith's film, it would be a great loss. Let's see what happens. We're hoping for the best."
