The 32 year old was due to appear in London's Thames Magistrates' Court on Friday (20Mar15) for a hearing relating to charges of affray and possession of an offensive weapon, but the case was adjourned until 30 April (15) after court officials learned of Deacon's health emergency, according to Britain's Evening Standard newspaper.

The allegations stem from an incident in east London in January (15), when police were called to investigate reports of a man threatening members of the public with a machete-style knife.

Deacon is also facing a harassment charge amid claims he sent threatening messages online to his Adulthood director and co-star Noel Clarke last year (14). He has pleaded not guilty to the count and is due to stand trial on 11 May (15).
