TMZ has said that it has been offered video footage of director Tony Scott's suicide leap from the Vincent Thomas bridge in Los Angeles -- for a price. The gossip website said that it did not accept the offer. However, it added, "multiple cameras," still and video, captured the incident, including a surveillance camera at a nearby business. Meanwhile, Scott's family has denied an ABC report on Monday that Scott was suffering from inoperable brain cancer. His wife reportedly has told investigators that Scott had no other serious medical conditions that might have caused him to take his own life. It was the second time in a month that ABC had reported erroneous information. On July 20, Brian Ross, head of ABC News's investigative unit, speculated without evidence that the man involved in the Colorado theater shooting could be a member of the Colorado Tea Party with the same name, but later apologized for the error. In the latest instance, the network posted an article on its website headlined "Tony Scott Brain Cancer Report Appears in Doubt."
