Aaron Spelling's widow Candy is facing eviction from her Los Angeles condominium over allegations she refused to move out after her lease ended.
The wealthy socialite has been renting a luxury apartment for $28,000 (£17,500) a month while her own penthouse is under construction, but the owner now wants Candy to leave and has asked a judge to force her out of the property.
According to documents filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court on Friday (22Feb13), the owner claims Candy should have vacated the unit after her lease ran out on 31 January (13).
Candy has also been asked to pay $933 (£583) for every day she continued to live at the address outside of her agreement.
Tori Spelling's mother has hit back in her own legal papers, arguing she extended her lease for six months, and has paid for the entire month of February (13), reports Tmz.com.
